A
while
ago,
it
was
reported
that
Sohail
Khan's
Sher
Khan
has
been
indefinitely
postponed
because
of
Salman's
strange
request.
Salman
demanded
a
real
royal
Bengal
tiger
for
Sher
Khan.
But
now,
it
looks
like
the
cost
of
creating
such
a
tiger
has
become
too
expensive
for
the
Khans.
A
source
informed
a
leading
daily
that
only
creating
"the
tiger
and
its
action
was
going
to
cost
over
40
crore,
which
is
higher
than
the
regular
production
budget
of
a
Salman
film,
minus
his
fee".
It
was
reported
that
Salman
Khan
was
very
impressed
with
the
character
of
the
tiger,
Richard
Parker.
He
called
Sohail
and
showed
him
the
footage
of
Life
Of
Pi
repeatedly.
Not
only
this,
Salman
even
asked
Sohail
whether
the
tiger
that
Sohail
had
in
mind
would
resemble
the
Bengal
tiger
in
LOP.
Later,
Sohail
promised
his
brother
that
till
he
get
such
an
impressive
tiger,
real
or
animated,
he
would
not
launch
his
movie
Sher
Khan.
But
now,
it
looks
like
Sohail
is
having
a
hard
time
fulfilling
his
own
promise.
