Shahrukh's Happy New Year To Release On Diwali 2014?

It looks like superstar Shahrukh Khan's celebration time over Chennai Express's success is soon to get over and the actor will be gearing up fast for his upcoming release Happy New Year. Farah Khan's Happy New Year is one of the much-awaited and talked-about flicks of 2014. And as per the latest reports, HNY might release amidst the festive season of Diwali, 2014.

Sources informed a leading daily that the major slots and festival dates of 2014 has been booked by other big stars. Salman Khan's Mental will be reportedly release on the Republic day, while his Kick will arrive on Eid. On the other hand, Akshay Kumar's Gabbar will reportedly release on Independence Day, while Hrithik Roshan's Bang Bang is supposedly coming during next year's Dusshehra weekend.

Sources claimed that if things go fine, Shahrukh and Farah Khan may release Happy New Year on Diwali, 2014. Their last film Om Shanti Om too was released on Diwali. On the other hand, Farah told the daily that no release date has been finalised yet. "We haven't locked any date yet. There are so many factors that come into play for a film's release," Farah Khan told the daily.
