Why Arjun Kapoor Gave Sridevi's Birthday Bash A Miss?

Bollywood Diva Sridevi turning 50 was a big event, and who's who in the Bollywood industry made their presence felt at the special birthday bash hosted by the actresses loving husband Boney Kapoor at Club Alibii, Colaba (Mumbai) on August 16. However, one person who's absence from the function cannot be ignored is Arjun Kapoor, Boney Kapoor's son from his first marriage with Mona Kapoor.

Sridevi's birthday bash was a star studded affair. Anil Kapoor- wife Sunita, Sanjay Kapoor-Maheep, Riteish-Genelia, Rishi Kapoor, Randhir Kapoor, Vinod Khanna, Anupam Kher, Rakesh Roshan, Hema Malini, Juhi Chawla... almost the entire B'wood junta were invited for the 50th birthday celebration of the beauty queen. Jhanvi, Sridevi's elder daughter was by her side throughout the do. Her younger daughter Khushi too looked cute and was mostly seen hanging around with her father. In fact, the beautiful family even had many photos clicked. However, Arjun Kapoor was missing from the 'happy family snap'!

As per what we hear, Arjun does not quite 'like' Sridevi and makes it quite evident. He however prefers to avoid any unpleasant episodes with her and so keeps away from her as far as possible.

From what we know, Arjun was in town that night, but decided to give the party a miss for obvious reasons! Well, well...everybody has the right to decide who they should 'hate' and who they must 'like'. But what's bothering us is that if Arjun cannot stand Sridevi at all, then how is he going to act in his father's production Mr India 2 with Sridevi and uncle Anil Kapoor!

Hmmm....we are sure papa dearest will have a solution for it as well!
