Aamir Khan's Ego Clash With Shahrukh Khan Stirs Controversy

According to some insiders, there has been a buzz going around in the Bollywood circle that Aamir Khan attached the theatrical trailer of PK to Shahrukh Khan's Happy New Year without even as much as informing him

Yes, instead of approaching SRK, Aamir has directly contacted the exhibitors to get the trailer of his movie to be released along with Happy New Year.

A source revealed,"Aamir was very keen to have the trailer released on Diwali like he did in case of his previous films such as Taare Zameen Par, Ghajini and 3 Idiots. But then he did not call up Shah Rukh with the request. Instead, he has got it done by speaking to the exhibitors."

It is said that PK's trailer was initially offered to release with Haider but Aamir wanted a big film and so he chose HNY. The source further stated, "However, PK's first poster was supposed to release with Kick but since he is friends with Salman, he decided to launch the poster of his film 10 days later."

On the other hand, Ajay Devgn, who was not on talking terms with Shahrukh, gave him a call and requested to release Action Jackson trailer with HNY to which SRK happily agreed. It is said that Dibakar Banerjee's Detective Byomkesh Bakshi trailer is also set to release with Happy New Year.

So all in all there are three big films releasing their official theatrical trailers with Shahrukh Khan's Happy New Year.
