Jiah
Khan's
mother
Rabiya
Amin
Khan
is
adamant
about
unveiling
the
truth
about
her
daughter's
death.
Rabiya
conducted
a
sting
operation
on
eight
prime
witnesses
who
supported
the
police's
claim
that
Jiah
had
committed
suicide.
Jiah
Khan's
mom
Rabiya
Khan
seems
to
be
hell
bent
on
proving
that
her
daughter
did
not
commit
suicide,
but
was
murdered.
The
evidences
collected
from
her
sting
operation
on
eight
key
witnesses
might
change
the
course
of
the
case.
Rabiya
has
submitted
the
transcripts
to
the
Mumbai
high
court
and
has
demanded
a
fresh
investigation.
She
alleged
that
all
these
eight
witnesses
had
changed
their
statement
later.
Jiah
Khan,
who
made
her
debut
opposite
none
other
than
Amitabh
Bachchan
in
Nishabd
was
found
hanging
in
her
Juhu
flat
in
Mumbai
on
June
3,
2013.
Though
an
FIR
was
lodged
against
her
boyfriend
Suraj
Pancholi
(Aditya
Pancholi
and
Zarina
Wahab's
son),
he
was
soon
granted
bail
by
the
high
court.
Rabiya
has
accused
him
of
rape
and
forced
abortion
as
well.
Apart
from
few
others,
the
eight
witnesses
include
Anju
Mahendroo
(the
first
person
to
arrive
on
the
scene,
two
florists
(from
whose
shop
a
bouquet
was
delivered
to
Jiah
the
night
she
died),
Dr
Rahul
Datta
(who
informed
the
police
that
Jiah
committed
suicide)
and
a
building
watchman
among
others.
Rabiya's
lawyer
Dinesh
Tiwari
informed
that
these
recorded
statements
is
enough
evidence
to
prove
that
Jiah
was
murdered.
Speaking
about
the
sting
operation
conducted,
Rabiya
said,
"I
always
knew
my
daughter
was
not
depressed
and
she
could
not
have
committed
suicide,
but
people
kept
saying
things.
I
wanted
to
find
out
what
is
it
that
these
people
know
but
I
don't.
I
did
not
expect
the
police
authorities
to
help
me.
Therefore,
I
did
this
(sting)
so
that
people
can
know
the
truth."
Now
it
remains
to
be
seen
whether
Rabiya's
sting
operation
would
bring
out
the
truth
behind
Jiah
Khan's
death!
