John Abraham To Assess The Role of JRD Tata In His Next?

John Abraham, who is slowly blooming to be a very talented actor and a sensible filmmaker is likely to make a biopic on JRD Tata. It is being speculated that John Abraham will assess the role of the protagonist.

Though it is too early to say... if all works out well, John Abraham will be seen portraying JRD Tata in his next film which will be produced under his banner. According to a leading daily, John Abraham has already registered three titles - JRD Tata, Tata Sons and Jamshed Ji. If this is true, then this will be the first biopic that John will be doing.

A source informed a daily that since John's mother was a Parsi (JRD's father was a Parsi, while his mom was French), he would be able to identify with the Parsi lifestyle and thus would not have to do much research.

John Abraham has produced two very good quality films so far - Ayushmann Khurrana starrer Vicky Donor and Madras Cafe. If all goes as per planned, Shoojit Sircar will direct the film. Talking about the project, Sircar said that nothing has been finalised or confirmed.

Abhishek Bachchan's portrayal of Dhirubhai Ambani in Guru was a huge hit with the audience. Now, it will be interesting to see if John Abraham too will strike at the bull's eye with this biopic!
