Salman Khan Takes Home Only 10 Percent Of His Earnings!

In a shocking revelation, we got to know that ever since superstar Salman Khan has started working, he takes home only 10 percent of his earnings, while the rest of his income goes to charity (Now it's Being Human)!

Yes, you heard it right! Salman Khan is called 'generous' for a reason, and that he has proved once again! While not everybody is aware of that, but the truth is that ever since Salman has begun work (His first film as male lead was Maine Pyaar Kiya in 1989), Salman Khan has got only 10% of his earnings to spend. The rest of the money goes to charity. Salman apparently began operating his bank account and signing cheques only five months back!

Salman's father and mentor Salim Khan, who is a very generous person had reportedly fixed 10% for Salman right from the start. Sallu bhai was allowed to spend that 10 percent just the way he wanted to. A part of the 90 percent income was used for charity, and now for Salman's charitable fund Being Human.

Salman, who earlier enjoyed signing cheques is now bored and wants somebody to undertake the task and is ready to write a power of attorney for signing his cheques. Well, as you can imagine, nobody has so far offered to do so!

Salman Khan's sister Alvira Khan told TOI that Salman is not concerned about money at all. She said, "He doesn't even know how much money he has and is completely detached from money."
