Indian Premier League (IPL) 7is starting today in Abu Dhabi in a grandoise way. A gala dinner was held last night at the Emirates Palace.

Shahrukh Khan and Deepika Padukone performed to a medley of hit songs including 'Lungi Dance' at the gala party. 'Bollywood Badshah' Shahrukh, kept the crowds in splits as usual with his charm and wittiness.

However, the star attraction was the superstar of Indian cricket team Virat Kohli. Shahrukh Khan held a 'swayamvar' for the cricketer, where he had to choose his bride. King Khan showed Virat many photos, and at the end, Virat chose his alleged lady love Anushka Sharma's picture as his bride. This act put many down by surprise.

Earlier, the alleged couple were spotted in many places like New Zealand, Sri Lanka and recently in Jodhpur spending time with each other. Anushka Sharma has wrapped up her shoot for Bombay Velvet and right now is in Jodhpur to shoot for her next debut production venture NH10.

Though the alleged couple are very busy in their professions, they manage to find time for each other. They have neither accepted nor denied their relationship till now. Thus, now after Virat's daring act in Abu Dhabi would make many wonder for sure.
