Sussanne Gets The Kids Custody: Post Filing For Divorce

Hrithik Roshan and Sussanne filed for divorce on April 30. They have been living apart since December 2013.

The latest news is that Sussanne has won the custody of both the kids. They have two sons Hridaan and Hrehaan out of their marriage of 13 years.

"The counsellor has submitted the report and the next hearing will take place on October 31. The custody of their kids, Hrehaan and Hridaan, has been awarded to Sussanne," Lawyer Dipesh Mehta acting on behalf of the couple told.

The estranged couple filed for divorce under mutual consent on April 30. The news of their seperation just shocked many people, though the duo took extra effort to be hands-on parents to their sons even after seperating.

Hrithik and Sussanne both issued their statements after they started living apart. Hrithik issued it on December 13 saying Sussanne wants to end their 13-year old marriage, while Sussanne clarified by issuing another statement saying they got separated based on individual choices.

While the real reason for their separation is still a secret, everyone including their parents were hoping they would reunite. So, filing for divorce would have been another blow for the family especially when the little kids were involved.

Let's just hope some miracle happens and the couple just reunites happily!!!
