Why Does Alia Bhatt Think Jokes On Her As Unfair?

After being the talk of the town for her success trail with movies like Highway and 2 States, actress Alia Bhatt has now been trending on social media for becoming a butt of jokes.

It all started when Alia, Varun Dhawan and Sidharth Malhotra were asked the name of the President of India during a popular TV show called Koffee With Karan. However, it was only Sidharth who could come up with the correct answer, while Varun answered as Manmohan Singh and Alia claimed it to be Prithviraj Chauhan.

While Alia and Varun both proved themselves 'not so intelligent' on the show, now Alia complains as to why only she became the target on the social media with so many jokes on her and Varun escaped unnoticed.

"Varun ko target nehi kiya gaya (Varun was not targeted). He and I both gave wrong answers but his answer went unnoticed while, mine gathered so much attention. He got his redemption for his faux pas in a recent interview when he went on to rattle off the last five Presidents of India correctly. I don't think I will get a second chance," exclaimed Alia Bhatt.

However, Alia also seemed sporting enough to see the funny angle of the memes as she also found the jokes very funny. "I can laugh at myself. Yes, the jokes are funny," she added.
