Aamir Khan Snatched PK Role From Ranbir Kapoor?

While, Aamir Khan has been receiving much accolades for his performance in Rajkumar Hirani's PK, it is being rumoured that Mr. Perfectionist was not the first choice for the role.

One publication reported that director Rajkumar Hirani wanted Ranbir Kapoor for the lead role in the movie PK but Aamir Khan made necessary arrangements to bag the offer.

As reported, Rajkumar Hirani had approached Ranbir Kapoor for the PK role but when Aamir Khan got a tip-off about it, the versatile actor utilised his connection with the producer Vidhu Vinod Chopra to get the job done.

The report further added that Aamir Khan apparently forced Rajkumar Hirani in a polite manner to offer him the role making him believe that the role needs someone with more experience.

Finally, Rajkumar Hirani took Aamir on board with just a cameo been offered to Ranbir Kapoor as he was already approached by the director.

The movie PK starring Aamir Khan, Anushka Sharma, Sanjay Dutt and Sushant Singh Rajput has created history, crossing Rs 300 crores at the domestic box office.
