Ranveer Singh recently underwent a surgery after having a shoulder injury on the sets of Bajirao Mastani.

While, all his fans wished for Ranveer's speedy recovery, his supposed girlfriend Deepika Padukone reportedly accompanied the actor throughout the night at the hospital.

Ranveer Singh surprised everyone by posting a selfie while he was lying on the operation table but Deepika Padukone's lovely gesture is certainly worth praising if not surprising.

Reports suggest that Deepika Padukone stayed close to Ranveer Singh for the entire night at the hospital and took care of her rumoured beau.

While, Ranveer Singh got discharged the next day from the hospital, Deepika Padukone reportedly left the venue from a different door to avoid paparazzi.

Well, may be Deepika did not want to attract the lenses but that's really sweet of the actress to accompany Ranveer at the hospital.

The film Bajirao Mastani will have Ranveer Singh as Bajirao and Deepika Padukone as Mastani and it seems, the duo are like Bajirao and Mastani in real life too.
