Kareena Kapoor Following Kangana Ranaut's Footsteps?

Kareena Kapoor, is the busiest actress at the moment and has various projects on hand. She has wrapped up Udta Punjab starring opposite Shahid Kapoor and Ki & Ka starring opposite Arjun Kapoor, and is about to sign another project of Krishika Lulla's women centric films.

Krishka Lulla, has been successful with two woman centric films such as NH10 and Tanu Weds Manu Returns, and plans for a successful hat-trick with the third movie. Krishka has come on board as the producer for the film and was quoted as saying,

"It's true, Shoaib and I are collaborating for a female-oriented film", but was tight lipped about the movies plot and said, "It's still in the scripting stage."

The movie would be directed by Shoaib Mansoor, and are in talks to have Kareena Kapoor play the main character in the film. A source was quoted as saying,

"Kareena wanted to do a film with Shoaib and when the director learned about it, he came down to India to discuss a few ideas with her. She has liked them and will take up a film with him soon."

Kangana Ranaut, is the Queen of Bollywood who found tremendous success in women centric films such as Queen, Tanu Weds Manu and Tanu Weds Manu Returns.

Now all we have to do is wait for an official announcement by the filmmakers.
