We hear that the duo had an ugly fight over Alia Bhatt's costume choices. Turns out, Alia and Sidharth had planned to attend Akshay Kumar's starry diwali bash together but just before leaving for the event, Sidharth suggested Alia to wear something else for the event rather than the flared pants that she was sporting.
Sidharth's reason was obvious; Alia, who had sported a similar outfit at another bash, few nights prior to Akshay's Diwali bash, was extremely uncomfortable in the dress and didn't enjoy the party much, because of her discomfort! Moreover, she kept tripping every now and then and Sid didn't want the same scene to be repeated again. We hear, Sidharth's suggestion upset Alia to that extent that she refused to come along with him and Sidharth attended the bash all alone!
On the work front, Alia and Sidharth will be next seen together in Karan Johar's Kapoor And Sons, which also casts Rishi Kapoor and Fawad Khan!
