Yash Raj Films is producing Aamir Khan's Thugs Of Hindostan and rumour has it that Aamir wants Alia Bhatt in the film but Aditya Chopra wants Vaani Kapoor as the lead actress.
Thugs of Hindostan is in the news since its inception as for the first time Aamir Khan and Amitabh Bachchan would be seen sharing screen space in the movie (Wow...two legends in one frame!). But no final announcement has been made about the lead heroine in the film. Reportedly, Aditya Chopra wants to take Vaani Kapoor in the movie but Aamir is keen on signing Alia Bhatt for the same.

However, Aamir Khan would have none of it as he thinks that a bubbly Alia Bhatt is tailor-made for the character in Thugs of Hindostan instead of any other actress,'' the report stated.
