Alia Bhatt Takes A Dig At Shraddha Kapoor's Rock On 2 Debacle?

Shraddha Kapoor starrer Rock On 2 ended up being a total disaster at the box office and the movie is struggling to make any money as the days pass by. While Farhan Akhtar and Arjun Rampal have blamed it on demonetisation, Shraddha Kapoor revealed she still has hopes and wished that people would go and watch the movie.

Also, the year 2016 has seen many sequels in Rock On 2, Force 2, Housefull 3 and Great Grand Masti. A recent addition to the sequel craze is Aashiqui 3 starring Alia Bhatt and Sidharth Malhotra. Aashiqui 2 starred Shraddha Kapoor and Aditya Roy Kapur in the lead roles and Alia replaces Shraddha in the third instalment.

When Alia Bhatt was asked if she would ever love to replace Shraddha Kapoor in Rock On 3 (if ever it happens), the bubbly girl replied, "I would like to do the third part of Aashiqui 3." It looks like Alia knows that the third instalment of Rock On 3 will be a dangerous move and hence she avoided talking about it. So is Alia taking a dig at Shraddha's Rock On 2 debacle? Well, no she's not!

Also, on the work front Alia Bhatt is all geared up for the release of her upcoming film Dear Zindagi and would share screen space with the Baadshah of Bollywood, Shahrukh Khan. The film will hit the theatres on November 25, 2016.
