Deepika Padukone is basking in Bajirao Mastani's success, owing to which the actress has apparently decided to hike her fees for all her forthcoming movies.

Deepika could not have celebrated her 30th birthday in a better way! Not only is her movies working well at the Box Office but the actress has also changed the game of pay grade in Bollywood

With the ongoing discussion of huge difference in pay grade of male and female actresses in the industry, Deepika has definitely held her own and made the change! While the news of pay hike is not confirmed, according to Bollywoodlife.com, the actress will be charging Rs 15 crores for all the hardwork she puts in a project.

Deepika has been delivering continuous hits with Piku, Tamasha and now Bajirao Mastani. Her co-star in the latest film, Priyanka Chopra had many times addressed the bias treatment in pay grade, saying, "Whenever I say that, everyone is like, ‘Yeh purana ho gaya'. I don't talk about payments; my art is too deep for me. I work so much that I am not apologetic about what I get paid. Everybody should be compensated for the work they do and remuneration is meant for that!"
