Talking about Hrithik Roshan's diet, a source told Bollywood Life, "Hrithik needed to look leaner, sharper and powerful for his next film. He's following a strict, high-protein-low-fat diet and workout regime. Satyajit, has put him on a diet of fish, chicken breast, brown rice, egg whites and veggies.''
The source further added, ''Hrithik is also taking casein powder which promotes greater muscle retention, more fat loss, and helps promote colon health. It's also consumed by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson and by professional boxers."
Hrithik Roshan is currently on a break from a film he's shooting for, because of his injury. ''When he resumes shooting in Bhuj, he will carry his equipment and set up a gym at his hotel in a room specially vacated for him. His routine is 45 min-one hour of cardio and every evening about 1.5 hours of weight training,'' the source revealed.
Actor Hrithik Roshan was filming an action scene for his upcoming film Mohenjo Daro, when he tore a ligament. "Had a lovely fall today (Saturday). Tore a ligament. Curious about how I am going to have a fun time healing and working next few weeks. #imagination #makeitwork," Hrithik had tweeted.
Hrithik Roshan has been reportedly advised bed rest for minimum two weeks.
