The leading daily Deccan Chronicle reported as saying, "It seems that the ice between the two is finally beginning to thaw. A mutual friend, who was visiting Katrina at her new home, apparently got the shock of her life when none other than Ranbir walked in. "The mutual friend never expected to see Ranbir there. But Katrina did not seem surprised. It looked as though she was expecting him."
