HEARD THIS: Karan Johar Signs Ranveer Singh For His Next To Be Directed By Rohit Shetty?

Ever since Ranveer Singh collaborated with Rohit Shetty for the 'Ranveer Ching' ad compaign, we have been hearing a lot of speculations about the duo teaming up yet again for a film.

A couple of days back, the grapevine was abuzz that Rohit is gearing up for the Hindi remake of Puri Jagannadh's 2015 Telugu superhit flick 'Temper' with Ranveer Singh reprising N.T. Rama Rao Jr's role. The film revolved around a corupt police officer whose life changes when he falls in love with a girl who leads him to the path of justice.

Now, as per a report in DNA then Ranveer Singh will be working in Karan Johar's next production. The film will be directed and co-produced by Rohit Shetty. However, we hear that it's not the Ram Lakhan remake which has been shelved as of now. So, is it the Temper remake? Guess we will have to wait for the makers to make the official announcement.

Currently, Ranveer is busy shooting for Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Padmavati which has him playing the main antagonist. The actor also recently signed Zoya Akhtar's Gully Boy which has him sharing screen space with Alia Bhatt for the first time.
