And now, it looks like the duo's dating rumours aren't settling down soon. Vijay's Dahaad co-star, actor Gulshan Devaiah, teased the actor a few weeks before during the series trailer launch. Videos showed Sonakshi Sinha and Gulshan Devaiah cracking Tamannaah jokes at Vijay, which went viral.
And now, post that Gulshan Devaiah, in a recent interview, opened up about their romance and confessed that he is not aware of the duo's relationship status. He neither denied nor confirmed their rumours; Gulshan said that there is something special between the two.

In a chat with Hindustan Times, Gulshan Devaiah addressed the viral moment and said, "Yes, I started the Tammanh joke and it went viral. He took it sportingly. We are friends and we respect each other a lot. I would never want to put him down. I knew I could tease him a little bit. It was well within the boundaries. It's not nearly close to how I would tease him in reality. (laughs)
Further, when asked if there was any truth to the reports of the actor's romance, Gulshan added, "I have no idea. I haven't even met her. I have seen just media reports and pictures of them together and started teasing. But by the looks of his, rather than me confirming, his face says something. Kuch toh hai. Kya hai exactly pata nahi (Something is there but what is it I don't know). They do look like they have very good chemistry. I'm sure that means something."

After a video of Tamannaah Bhatia and Vijay Varma kissing at a New Year's party in Goa went viral, speculation about the actors dating each other made the rounds on social media. The two were also seen together attending Diljit Dosanjh's concert in Mumbai, and they were also spotted leaving a restaurant a few weeks ago.
Talking about her marriage speculations to Hindustan Times in an interview, the actress stated that, "People are constantly getting me married to all kinds of people- from doctor to businessman! I feel I have already been married too many times, I don't know what will happen when I really get married! Will people be excited anymore? People will think it is another speculation."
