Speaking with Radio City, Vicky revealed his plans for starting a family with his wife, Katrina Kaif. He said that his family, as well as hers, is very cool, and they do not pressurise them at all for babies.

During the conversation, Vicky revealed that his parents were the first people to know about his relationship with Katrina Kaif. He shared, "The first ones to know I was dating Katrina Kaif, were my mother and father. Aise to din nahi aaye ke Viral (Bhayani) se pata lage, maine bataya.

When asked if his family is pressuring them for 'good news', Vicky said, "Koi bhi nahi daal raha. Vaise bade cool hain."

Recently, during his appearance on We Are Yuvaa's Be A Man Yaar episode, Vicky revealed that he was surprised when a superstar like Katrina was giving attention to him. He said, "I had trouble coming to terms with that reality that I can."

"First, I used to feel odd getting attention from her. I used to be like 'Heh? Are you okay?' Not that I wasn't giving a lot of attention, it was mutual. For me also, being from the outside and not knowing her as a human being, she was a phenomenon. She still is. It's just that the human side also added," he added.

Workwise, Vicky Kaushal will soon be seen in The Great Indian Family alongside Manushi Chillar. The film will release on September 22. He also has Meghna Gulzar's Sam Bahadur and Anand Tiwari's next film with Tripti Dimri and Ammy Virk.
