Omerta is a 2018 Bollywood crime drama, which has been directed by Hansal Mehta. The movie stars Rajkummar Rao, Rajesh Tailang, Rupinder Nagra etc., in the lead roles.
The movie depicts the story of Ahmed Omar Saeed Sheikh, a British born criminal of Pakistani descent , who had abducted and murdered a reporter of The Wall Street Journal in 2002.
The movie is produced by Nahid Khan under the banner Swiss Entertainment & Karma Features. The movie will have cinematography by Anuj Rakesh Dhawan. Earlier, the movie was screened in the Special Presentations section at the 2017 Toronto International Film Festival.
