-
Despite its few flaws, Qarib Qarib Singlle has a refreshing take on love and self-discovery and leaves you with a smile... 'Iss baat par two lattes please!'
-
Qarib Qarib Singlle is a road movie-cum-coming-of-age romance, with a bittersweet tang to it, and yet it is peppy, and fun and fresh. We’ve seen Irrfan Khan at his most charming before, and he carries on in the same vein, showing flashes of banked passion. But this film’s real draw is Parvathy.
-
Despite Irrfan Khan’s charm, this romantic comedy about the travails of 21st century relationships tries a bit too hard.
-
This is the sort of script that world champions of the desi rom-com genre would've taken to an altogether level. To be fair, director Tanuja Chandra (in fine form) makes it more than a 'qarib qarib' lovely, and surely worth your while in the theatre.
