Shaandaar movie is a typical rom-com narrated by Naseeruddin Shah, which takes place in a backdrop of destination wedding, or should we say a business deal? Two super rich business families of India have decided to turn in-law to each other as part of a business merger. This wedding is taking place at a regal castle in Europe.

Coming to the performances, Pankaj Kapur has simply excelled in his role. There could have possibly been no actor who could have delivered the same performance with such ease. Next comes, his son, Shahid Kapoor whose chemistry with Alia Bhatt is just too adorable and mesmerizing.

Must watch movie people! Shaandaar is everything that you need this weekend, so don't miss watching it in the theaters with your loved ones by your side!

Shahid and Alia have been paired together on-screen and in that sense, this film will be a visual treat for the audience, who will witness a fresh pairing and fresh chemistry on-screen The journey of Alia, Jagjinder Joginder and Bipin in the chaotic and lavish wedding is the story of Shaandaar. It’s a fairy tale love story that everyone has always dreamt of having.

Two insomniacs meet at a destination wedding. Shahid is a wedding planner while Alia is the sister of the bride. Their lack of sleep at night brings them close and sparks fly. But are they meant for each other

Shaandaar movie was completely a Comedy movie, entertaining all the audience who visited the movie. It definitely brings a bigger success to the entire team an The movie was getting good Response from the Audience.

The movie is said to be a Destination Wedding Film. Shahid’s sister, Sanah Kapoor is debuting with this film in a supporting role. The story of the movie is all about Shahid Kapoor who plays Jaginder Joginder, a wedding planner who is planning Alia’s elder sister’s wedding. Shahid and Alia’s dad Pankaj Kapur seem to have a tumultuous relationship. While Shahid looks the part of the Mills-and-Boons lead hero, Alia is convincing as a glamorous heroine. Shaandaar has shot in an undisclosed part of England later this year. Bahl’s last film, the much-lauded “Queen” had been shot in Paris, one of Alia’s favourite cities where she got a chance to holiday recently.

A must watch family entertainer wedding film.

Vikas Bahl made a solid impact with last year’s release Queen. In Shaandaar he also does a decent job but you cannot compare it to Queen. Once again Bahl risks not following the easier route out here but unfortunately here the magic does not happen. The editing should have been tighter as there are some extremely dull scenes. The pace is slow in the first half and picks up later. But you will not be able to notice as the film goes nowhere. The technical work is excellent and with better story it would have been a visual treat.

The music by Amit Trivedi is very good and works well in the film. All the songs have been picturized beautifully. Shaandaar is not every one’s cup of tea. Majority of the audience will find it boring. Though it will have some appeal in urban multiplexes.

Watch it for the adorable chemistry of Shahid Kapoor and Alia Bhatt and brilliant technical work.
