Sarfira Story

Sarfira is an upcoming film by Akshay Kumar which will be directed and written by Sudha Kongara and produced by Arun Bhatia, Suriya, Jyotika, and Vikram Malhotra. Casting Paresh Rawal, Radhika Madan, Seema Biswas, and Akshay Kumar. The movie will be the official remake of the Tamil language film Soorarai Pottru.

Earlier the movie's name was Start Up but later on makers revealed its official name as Sarfira on February 13, 2024.

Plot:

Akshay's Sarfira depicts a common man who fights against the world's most capital-intensive sector to make the common man fly in an airplane with the support of his family, friends, and sheer willpower. Inspired by a real incident that happened in the life of Captain G. R. Gopinath, the founder of Air Deccan.
