Aarti Chhabria plays Tarannum

After being noticed in films like Awara Paagal Deewana and Shaadi No.1, actress Aarti Chhabria will be seen portraying the famous bar dancer Tarannum in Sanjay Gupta's Shootout At Lokhandwala. This came as a surprise to Aarti because just few months back, she had read about Tarannum in newspapers. The role definitely was challenging, as bar dancer Tarannum's case has been in news for quite sometime and is still fresh in people's minds. However, she gives the credit to director Apoorva Lakhia. Aarti says that he managed to extract a good performance from her.

Shootout At Lokhandawala has a huge starcast which includes Amitabh Bachchan, Sanjay Dutt, Arjun Rampal, Vivek Oberoi, Abhishek Bachchan and Tusshar Kapoor among others.
