<i>Beyond Honor</i> goes to Oscars

Producer Harkeerat Dhillon and Varun Khanna, at a press conference held on November 2, 2006 at the American Film Market in Santa Monica, California, along with global sales distributor Echelon Entertainment and US theatrical distributor International Film Circuit, announced that the critically acclaimed debut feature film of writer/director Varun Khanna, Beyond Honor, will be an official submission to the 2007 Academy Awards. Varun Khanna's recent film American Blend released across India recently.

Hailed by The Variety as a "...landmark film on the Indie landscape...", with the Los Angeles Times calling it the "...one of the most controversial films of 2006..." Beyond Honor is a heart-stopping, emotionally resonant film of our times and stars Wadie Andrawis, Jason David Smith, Ruth Osuna aka Mirelly Taylor, Ryan Izay and Laurel Melograno in the lead roles.
