won
AVA
awards
for
the
best
voices
behind
the
scenes
in
a
glittering
ceremony
in
Mumbai.
Amitabh
Bachchan
won
the
award
for
best
anchor
host
male
for
KBC,
while
Shah
Rukh
Khan
won
for
best
dubbing
voice
male
animation,
for
Hum
Lajawab
Hai,
the
dubbed
hindi
version
of
the
Oscar
winning
movie
The
Incredibles,
and
his
son
Aryan
Khan
won
the
award
for
best
dubbing
child
voice
artist
male
for
the
same
cartoon
movie,
in
the
children
category.
However,
none
of
them
were
present
to
collect
the
awards.
The
first
of
its
kind
awards,
which
felicitates
the
voice
behind
the
scenes
like
RJ's
(radio
jockey's),
voice
over
artists,
narrators,
anchors
and
so
on,
had
their
first
ever
award
ceremony,
last
night.
AVA
which
had
its
inception
since
1999
has
500
members
in
the
association
ranging
from
newcomers
to
veterans
like
Amin
Sayani,
Tabassum,
among
others.
The
awards
which
were
given
under
the
TV,
Radio,
documentary,
technical
category
and
so
on
saw
winners
like
Bollywood
veteren
Kader
Khan
who
won
the
best
anchor
host
male
for
Telebrands.
The
best
anchor
host
female
for
'Telezoom
Jackpot'
went
to
superstar
of
South
Khushboo.
Ms
Swati
Subramanium
won
a
whopping
four
awards
in
various
categories
like,
''voice
of
the
year
female,''
''promo
voice
female
for
serial
'Home
Minister',
character
voice
in
radio,
and
character
voice
female
in
TV
category.
The
other
awards
in
the
special
category
includes,
'Voice
of
the
year'
in
Hindi
and
Marathi
which
was
given
to
Vinod
Kulkarni,
'Lifetime
achievement
award
given
to
Ajay
Chhadha,
Excellent
roduction
House
given
to
Lingo
Production
house
and
Production
House
of
the
year
was
'Super
Ads'.
Most
innovative
use
of
voice
award
was
given
to
Asif
Ali
Baig.
Quality
production
house
award
was
given
to
Films
Division.
While
the
'Pt
Vinod
Sharma'
award
was
given
to
'Dot
Spot
Productions.'
