The Singapore Krrish tour explores the beautiful island city through the eyes of the leading Indian movie Director, Rakesh Roshan.
While sharing interesting trivia about the movie and its making, the tour has been aptly timed with the release of the movie this week.
Marking a first of sorts for any International Tourism Board and a Bollywood film that has been shot abroad, the tour is aimed at acquainting visitors with the flavour, culture, sights and sounds of the island city, as they trace the steps of the Superhero in the Cosmopolitan city.
While Sentosa and the Singapore Zoo are indeed figures in any traveller's itinerary in Singapore, the Krrish tour also offers river boat rides on the Singapore River, Lau Pa Sat (the Old Market).
Krrish was the first mega Indian movie to be shot in Singapore.
The shooting lasted 60 days, which saw more than 100 cast and crew from India, China and US congregating in Singapore. An additional 100 cast and crew were also hired from Singapore.
