Ritesh puts his skills to test

Ritesh Deshmukh will be seen in a new role! For those who're unaware, the actor is a qualified architect and Ritesh decided to put his skills to test recently. The Deshmukhs -- Ritesh and brothers Amit and Dheeraj -- own properties at Aurangabad and Latur and decided to construct multiplexes on those plots.

The brothers divided the workload: Elder brother Amit decided to complete the paperwork, get the plans in order and also procure approvals, Ritesh took to designing the multiplexes, right till the minutest details, while Dheeraj went ahead and did the tie-up with the PVR chain. The multiplexes are now ready and should commence screening of films in the next few days.
