<i>Rocky</i> postponed because of rains

The Zayed Khan starrer Rocky was supposed to hit the screens this Friday [August 18], but it has been pushed ahead by a few weeks. Reason: Heavy rains in Maharashtra and Gujarat. "It makes no sense to release your film amidst heavy downpour. Who would venture into a movieplex to catch a film in such a situation? And where are the theatres? Most of them wouldn't function normally under such circumstances," Rocky producer Shyam Bajaj states.

So when is he planning to release the film? "It's either September 1 or 8 that I am looking at. Not further. I'll take a decision on it in a day or two," he adds.
