<i>Shakalaka Boom Boom</i> eyes Valentine's Day

Of late, film producers have been eyeing Valentine's Day week for the release of their films. The reason, they feel, is to attract the youth that loves to go on a date during this weekend. Suneel Darshan has decided to place his film Shakalaka Boom Boom during the Valentine's Day weekend, which means that the film will be releasing on 9th/16th February, 2007.

"Shakalaka Boom Boom is a young film, targeted at the youth. It becomes imperative to time its release during the appropriate period. Hence, the Valentine's Day week," he tells me.
