Shashi Ranjan announces all-Pak talent hunt

Film maker Shashi Ranjan recently announced Mungerilal Rocks, which will be the first Indo-Pak film. In his attempt to tap the talent in Pakistan, he has also announced an all-Pakistan talent hunt for an actor, actress and a singer. He has tied up with one of Pakistan's popular T.V. channels. The film maker will be leaving for Karachi on April 24 to officially announce the hunt, which begins on May 1.

He is looking forward to this venture because he believes that Pakistan has a lot of talented artists, whose potential needs to be used. A number of judges including a music director will be accompanying him to Karachi. The Indian actors who have been finalized for this project include Boman Irani, Satish Shah, Johnny Lever and Rajpal Yadav.
