<i>Umrao Jaan</i> has lukewarm start

The much-awaited Umrao Jaan has opened to a lukewarm response on Friday. The opening was in the range of 25%-30% at several places. The dull opening has come as a shock because the film stars A-list actors and has been made by J.P. Dutta, a highly respected name in film circles.

First Jaan-E-Mann and now Umrao Jaan, the poor opening of these two biggies within three weeks has sent the film industry in a tizzy.
