Vashu's <i>Khandaan</i> with Big B?

Post Shaadi No. 1, Vashu had told us that he'd take a break from film production for a while, before he announces his new project. But the grapevine is abuzz with the speculation that Vashu is planning a film called Khandaan with Amitabh Bachchan in central role, to be directed by Suparn Verma [director of the Feroz-Fardeen Khan starrer Ek Khiladi Ek Haseena].

"I won't deny that I've had a meeting with Suparn. In fact, he even narrated a one-line story of the film he intends making, but nothing is finalized yet," Vashu sets the record straight. He continues in the same breath, "I haven't signed Amit-ji, nor have I finalized the title Khandaan. The news is untrue." That should put an end to all speculation!
