Rack
Perfectionist
Aamir
Khan
has
added
new
equipment
to
his
home
gym.
Says
Aamir's
trainer
Satyajit
Chourasia,
"Aamir
has
acquired
a
big
garage
next
to
his
home
and
I've
converted
it
into
a
gym
with
all
the
latest
equipment.
The
latest
addition
is
Tuff
Stuff's
Power
Rack,
which
is
used
only
by
professional
body
builders."
The
next
step
What's
the
power
rack
for?
Satya
says,
"It's
meant
for
perfect
alignment
and
posture.
Since
it's
an
upright
machine,
weights
won't
have
to
be
lifted
from
the
ground.
That
way,
Aamir
won't
have
to
waste
even
one
per
cent
of
energy.
It's
a
zero-injury
machine,
which
costs
nearly
Rs
9
lakh
and
can
be
used
by
people
of
all
ages.
It
gives
you
one
of
the
best
workouts
ever."
Satya
adds
that
Aamir
maintains
his
diet
and
exercise
regime
even
after
he's
achieved
the
lean
body
he
wanted
for
his
Ghajini
remake.
"Aamir
has
amazing
will-power.
His
energy
levels
are
so
high.
Now
that
we've
achieved
what
we
attempted,
we
have
to
take
it
to
another
level."
Satya
says
choreographer
Ahmed
Khan
was
so
excited
at
seeing
Aamir's
fit
body
and
six-pack
abs
that
he
changed
the
song
Aamir
was
doing
in
the
Ghajini
remake.
"Aamir
looks
like
a
23-year-old
in
the
song.
The
public
won't
believe
it's
him.
He's
gone
bare-bodied
with
tattoos
all
over
it.
Aamir
aag
laaga
dega!" says
Satya.
