Today actresses wants to climb the ladder of success at any cost. They never mind doing any controversial scenes with their co-stars to grab quick success. If the script is strong enough and is made by a reputed director, then it is a must to do film. No matter whether they have to perform any obscene or not. But, Ayesha Takia is the odd man out in this regard.

Recently, when director Nagesh Kukunoor approached Ayesha for his next film opposite her boy friend Farhan Azmi. Ayesha turn down his offer. Ayesha has full respect for Nagesh and she has also acted in his film Dor for which she bagged the Star Screen Award for best actress. But this time Nagesh script demands lip-lock with her boy friend cum actor Farhan, and so Ayesha is showing least interested to do the film. She says that her values does not permit her to do onscreen kisses.

Ayesha is of the opinion that doing kiss scene with boyfriend Farhan would make her feel uncomfortable to watch the premiere of the film with her parents. Apparently, she requested Nagesh to take off the scene, but Nagesh turns adamant and did not listen to her plea. Ayesha had similar experience with Anurag Kashyap's film No Smoking. In this film too she had to do a a kissing and lovemaking scene. But, on her request Anurag altered the script.

Ayesha Takia is a girl of strong values and culture. She respect relationship a lot. She is very possessive about her boy friend and does not want any hindrance between her and Farhan.
