Post Dhol comes an untitled film produced by Ashtavinayak and to be directed by Rohit Jugraj who earlier directed the Mohit Alawat starrer James The film also stars Tulip Joshi and Aushima Sawhney. "It's about the journey of one guy who wants to make it in Bollywood", explains Kunal about his role.
Quite a few films are already in the making with a similar plot line including My Name is Anthony Gonsalves directed by E Niwas as well as Suniel Shetty's delayed film Amar Joshi Shaheed Ho Gaya. So why does he think this film will be any different? "There is something different in it which I cannot talk of right now. The style and flavour is really different and that is the reason why I signed the film".
On a parallel note Kunal is also busy with another film Jai Veeru alongside Fardeen Khan. "It is an action comedy and full of fun. It has its light moments as well." So does the film produced by Shyam Bajaj have any connection with the Jai Veeru jodi of Sholay ? "It has nothing to do with Sholay whatsoever. It's about two guys whose names are Jai and Veeru. Apart from their names there is no connection."
