Manoj
Bajpai,
who
is
currently
seen
in
Swami
opposite
Juhi
Chawla,
is
slowly,
but
steadily
proving
his
worth
as
a
complete
actor
in
the
industry.
Manoj
no
longer
wants
to
do
the
same
kind
of
roles,
but
try
his
hands
on
different
things.
In
one
such
effort,
Manoj
has
acted
in
a
thriller
film
called
The
Whisperer
alongside
Rahul
Bose.
Rajeev
Virani
directs
the
movie.
And
very
few
people
know
that
this
film
has
won
acclaims.
"The
film
has
won
an
award
for
best
editing
and
best
film
genre
at
the
40th
World
Fest
on
Houston," reveals
Manoj.
This
annual
film
festival
plays
host
to
hundreds
of
new
feature
and
documentary
from
all
over
the
world.
This
is
Virani's
second
film,
the
first
being
the
Kashmira
Shah-starrer
My
Bollywood
Bride.
Speaking
about
his
last
venture,
Virani
says
that
it
was
The
Whisperer
which
he
wanted
to
make
first.
"But
no
producer
would
back
a
thriller
that
has
no
blood
and
gore.
So
I
grabbed
the
chance
to
direct
another
film
in
between".
Nonetheless,
it
must
be
another
pat
on
the
back
for
Manoj
who
has
already
won
a
national
award
for
"Pinjar".
