Aamir and Kiran go missing!

Aamir Khan is presently holidaying abroad with wife Kiran. The last break the actor took overseas was in Poland but this time he wanted to keep the destination a secret. Says a source close to Aamir, "He has been tied up with his films and endorsements for the last one year. After the hectic promotion of Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na, he got busy with Ghajini and it has been work, work, work non-stop. Though he did take a short break in Panchgani after Taare Zameen Par, he hasn't been abroad for a while. He had been trying to work out this vacation for a while now, and he took off as soon as the plan was in place." The actor left on Sunday.

After Aamir returns, he will shoot for a fresh Titan ad and another one for Teach India. Though he was paid mega bucks for Tata Sky and Parle G, he hasn't charged any money for the Teach India campaign. Aamir's recent brands include Parle G, Tata Sky and Incredible India - which is being backed by the Ministry of Tourism in India. It's a series of ads to promote India nationally and internationally. Atithi devo bhava - is the line promoted in the ad.

It's official. Like Taare Zameen Par, Ghajini will release on Christmas Day. At a marketing meeting held last Saturday, it was decided to shift the release of Ghajini from November 28 to December 25. Says a source, "It was a meet which lasted through the night while Aamir was shooting an ad with Darsheel Safary (TZP's child actor). It was a marketing cum distribution meeting with ten people who brainstormed for hours and finally reached an agreement on the date."
