Still from Hari Puttar
London (ANI): The release of the film Hari Puttar has been postponed following a judgement passed by a court in India, after a lawsuit was filed by Warner Bros. A court in India has postponed the release of the film after complaints from the makers of the blockbuster Harry Pottar films.

The Hollywood company had raised concern after finding much similarity to its patented Hari Puttar title.

Mirchi Movies, the makers of the Hari Puttar have denied all accusations, insisting Hari as a favourite Indian name, while Puttar as a 'son' in Hindi and Punjabi, reports BBC.

Hari Puttar - A Comedy of Terrors, is a story of a ten-year-old boy who moves to England with his parents and gets involved in a plot to save the world. Initially scheduled to release on the 12th September, the film will not reach theatres before the end of the month.
