Karzzzz
The over confidence of Himesh Reshammiya and T-Series head honcho and producer of Karzzzz have been finally shattered. A majority of the audience across the country have given it a big thumb down.

A popular trade analyst tells us, "Not only have the critics ripped this remake of Subhash Ghai's evergreen hit Karz (1980) apart but all those who have gone in to see the film on the first day have also not liked it. It stands to lose a major chunk of business because the multiplex screens from where the big money comes in nowadays are running empty. The first days collections have been in range between 20-30% in multiplexes across major Indian cities."

The trade analyst adds, "However Himesh may find some solace with the news that a few single screens in Gujarat, UP, Bihar and Rajasthan have opened well with collections ranging from 70-75% on the opening day. But since the reports of the film are bad it looks hard for Karzzzz to sustain this opening or get a better audience turnout at the ticket windows during the weekend."
