Katrina speaks to Salman as God

A fortnight back, Salman Khan played God (albeit only for a while) in God Tussi Great Ho. Now in a few weeks from now, his ladylove Katrina would be seen playing a God and that too in a film which also stars Salman Khan.

The film in question is Hello which is set in present times and is based on Chetan Bhagat's One Night At The Call Centre. In the film, Katrina makes her appearance as a modern day woman who meets Salman Khan in a lounge and narrates to him the story of a group of call center employees who find their life changing forever after they get a call from God. As per sources, it is later revealed that God is none other than Katrina Kaif herself.

Says a source who has read the book and also followed the progress of the film, ''Yes, Katrina is indeed playing God in Hello. After playing out and out glamorous roles in each of her films so far, Katrina would be seen in a different 'avatar' altogether, pun intended, as she gets to do God's role. However, it is not one of those performances as seen in mythological films and she would be pretty much the lady of today.''

How about Salman Khan?

''Just like Katrina Kaif, Salman too is seen in a guest appearance in Hello. Also, there isn't really a romantic angle between the two as they play absolute strangers. It is only later in the film that Salman realizes that there is something mysterious about the lady he was interacting with all this while'', informs the source.

Directed by Atul Agnihotri, Hello has been taken over by PPC and is eyeing a 10th October release. The film stars Sohail Khan, Sharman Joshi, Isha Koppikar, Gul Panag, Amrita Arora and Arbaaz Khan in principal roles along with Dilip Tahil, Suresh Menon and Sharat Saxena.
