Red Carpet Films Ltd., a joint venture between Subhash Ghai's Mukta Arts and Manish Goswami, has signed four directors for their forthcoming films. They are Shivam Nair (also director of Ashtavinayak's Maharathi), Suhail Tatari, Ajay Chandhok and Mahesh Kothare. Cast and credits are yet to be finalized.
