Riteish says no to raunchy dialogues

The sequel to Balaji Telefilms' Kya Kool Hain Hum will be rolling with the original director, Sangeeth Sivan. Rohit Shetty will now direct KKHH2 and Riteish Deshmukh, who had opted out of the sequel last year, is back in. Riteish, who has just confirmed his presence, admits, "Last year we spoke about doing it and then it took some time but right now, it"s coming together. I am looking forward to it."

It is believed that the actor had opted out of the film because he wanted to avoid raunchy comedies. However Riteish says, "I had opted out last year because things really were not shaping up. Also the film lost out on family audiences as some of the dialogues were crude.

I was uncomfortable watching it with my family members. This time, the producers are cutting out the vulgarities and are planning to make it more of a family entertainer. That's one of the reasons that I've agreed to do the sequel."

Ekta Kapoor says, "Rohit Shetty is directing the sequel to Kya Kool Hai Hum. We have been wanting to work with him for a long time. We want to brand the Kya Kool films like the Munnabhai series. The sequel will be a 40-crore film mounted on a grand scale with top actresses."
