The
Shahrukh
Khan
and
Jaideep
Sahni
magic
has
worked
big
time
with
both
their
films,
Chak
de
India
and
Rab
Ne
Bana
Di
Jodi,
casting
their
spell
on
the
audience.
On
both
the
occasions,
the
songs
wrote
by
Jaideep
and
picturised
on
Shahrukh
Khan
went
on
to
become
an
anthem
for
the
music
lovers.
Be
it
the
title
track
of
Chak
de
India
or
the
most
recent
phenomenon,
"Haule
Haule",
the
songs
have
gripped
the
nation
and
have
contributed
in
no
uncertain
terms
to
the
super
success
of
the
films.
Much
in
a
similar
manner,
Shahrukh
Khan's
colleague,
the
perfectionist
Aamir
Khan
shares
a
fruitful
relationship
with
lyricist
Prasoon
Joshi.
Their
association
has
yielded
bountiful
results
in
the
form
of
memorable
songs
of
Fanaa,
Rang
De
Basanti
and
Taare
Zameen
Par.
Music
buffs
still
love
"Chand
Sifarish",
the
title
track
of
Rang
De
Basanti
and
of
course,
the
award
winning
"Maa".
However,
the
songs
and
the
lyrics
of
Ghajini
(barring
"Guzarish")
have
not
received
universal
acclaim,
as
was
the
norm
for
an
Aamir
Khan,
A
R
Rahman
and
Prasoon
Joshi
combo.
This
was
once
again
a
much
similar
reaction
to
SRK
and
Jiadeep's
RNDBJ
album
received
when
it
released.
But
SRK
and
Jaideep
have
proved
the
skeptics
wrong
and
the
response
to
all
the
songs
in
the
theatres
is
a
live
proof
of
the
fact
that
it's
not
the
critics
but
the
paying
audience
who
decides.
So,
let's
wait
and
watch
whether
the
Aamir-Prasoon
jodi
will
be
able
to
emulate
the
success
of
the
SRK-Jaideep
jodi.
And
for
that
we
do
not
have
to
wait
long
as
Ghajini
has
already
arrived
in
the
theatres
to
a
super
response.
