Shahrukh's trusted man rescues him

Not long ago, the whole world was against Pakistani speed star Shoaib Akhtar. PCB banned him from playing cricket for five years. Indian Premier League Governing Council too refused to let him play for Kolkata Knight Riders. However, there was one man who stood by him even when his career looked dim. It was Bollywood actor Shahrukh Khan.

King Khan did not loss hope and supported Shoaib to the hilt. He even raised the question to IPL Governing Council, as PCB had permitted him to play in IPL. At last, his prayers were heard. PCB took a U-turn and lifted the ban imposed on Shoaib for his bad behaviour. Then Shoaib did not let Shahrukh down on his IPL debut.

Shoaib ripped through Delhi Daredevils' batting line-up. He took four wickets from three overs, and gave away just 11 runs. When Kolkata Knight Riders won the match, visibly delighted Shahrukh embraced Shoaib, who was declared Man Of The Match later.
