Ever since then, Shamita Shetty hasn't signed anything new and is in fact busy with getting things in place for the production house that she along with her sister Shilpa are launching. In the meanwhile she has consented to be a part of a children's film Hari Puttar - The Comedy of Terrors where she has an item number "Tootri Baaje" to her credit.
Sung by Sunidhi Chauhan and Sukhwinder Chauhan, this is a fun, peppy Punjabi dance number which is being used for the promotion of the film. Though Shamita doesn't have a role beyond the song in the film, she consented to do the item number as she liked the song as well as the concept of the film.
Apart from a horde of dancers, the song also features Zain Khan, the kid who is the central protagonist of the film. He is someone who is shown to be quite fond of Shamita Shetty, the star, and hence gets mighty excited when she walks into his own home and begins the dance number.
The film was recently in news due to the legal battle it has been fighting with Warner Bros. who claim that the film's title is quite close to their Harry Potter franchise. However, the makers of Hari Puttar are going ahead and releasing the film on 26th September.
