Waheeda honoured with Taj Enlighten Tareef Award

Waheeda Rehman is someone who can rightly be called as the 'Original Diva' of the silver screen. She is the eternal epitome of beauty, grace and poise. She was recently honoured with the Taj Enlighten Tareef Award by the Taj Enlighten Film Society for her outstanding contribution to cinema.

Having made her debut with CID, Waheeda charmed her way into the hearts of millions with her unparallel acting skills. While receiving this award, an emotional Waheeda said that she was really glad that even after so many years, her work was being recognized. She was last seen in the smash hit film Rang De Basanti and will be soon seen in Rakeysh Mehra's forthcoming film Dilli 6.
